We reflect on the goals already achieved, the things we still hope to do, and how our understanding of what truly matters changes with time.
This conversation is part reflection, part inspiration—and a gentle reminder that it’s never too late to add something meaningful to your list.

“I’m fine.”It’s one of the most common phrases we say—and one of the least examined.
In this episode, The Third Chapter Trio unpacks what we really mean when we say we’re fine. Is it protection? Habit? Politeness? Or sometimes a way of avoiding the deeper conversation altogether?
Through honest reflections and lived experience, the trio explores the quiet pressure to appear okay, the emotional layers hidden behind everyday responses, and the importance of creating spaces where people can be more truthful about how they’re really doing.
This conversation is a gentle reminder that sometimes “fine” is just the beginning of a much more meaningful discussion.
